Entrepreneur and strategist Nathaly is passionate and forward-looking in her approach to framing socially relevant issues. She helps opinion leaders become subject matter leaders and inspires decision-makers to develop solutions for tomorrow. Her vision for ESSENCE RELATIONS is to support initiatives that shape the future. Nathaly sits on the Board of Directors or the Board of Trustees of numerous companies and organizations. She is passionate about meeting insightful people who have a story to tell, and about the wonders of nature big and small.

Jeronimo Candrian
Business Analyst

Fervidly analyses markets, clients and projects while looking specifically for innovative approaches and ideas to ensure effective communication. Jeronimo is promoting the MINUS2 initiative and is involved in other client projects. Jeronimo was born in the Canton of Grisons, studied Business Innovation at the University of St.Gallen and is passionate about cooking – which no doubt stems from growing up in a hotel.

Karin is passionate about exploring and developing the unfamiliar.

Business Support

Enthusiastically supports the implementation of strategic and creative projects and excels in integrating diverse perspectives. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Governance at the University of St. Gallen, with a keen interest in topics at the intersection of business and society. A cellist since childhood, Joel brings a harmonious touch to our project work.
